A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Solutions Architect Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Conducting one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions Building deep relationships with senior technical individuals Acting as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
5+ years of customer-facing contact center experience BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience required Experience with scripting (e.g. python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js) Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
