Job Description

A fast-growing Insurance Agency is seeking an Agent Success Coach to provide a high level of support to the company’s recruiting department. This position will play an integral role in the success of our agents. If you have a can-do attitude and enjoy helping people succeed, let’s chat!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow Up with unlicensed agents to ensure they complete the licensing course and other requirements.

2. Follow up with licensed agents to ensure they complete the onboarding and contracting process.

3. Answer any incoming calls or emails to assist with Licensing questions.

4. Set appointments for agents with Business Development Manager.

5. Assist other departments when needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Experience in Sales is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required

Skills:

  • Must be comfortable communicating over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self Driven, Shows initiative and a sense of urgency.
  • Conveys an upbeat, positive attitude while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Adaptation to changing business operations.
