Account Manager


As we continue to expand, we are looking for competitive, high-energy Account Managers to sell our home décor products primarily via phone/email contacts to our existing customer base. Working from our corporate office, you will call on our small to medium sized accounts, to identify sales opportunities and maximize sales in an assigned multi-state territory. Some travel to key accounts will be required. * Proactively promote all Surya product including rugs, pillows, throws, accent furniture, lighting, art, and merchandising solutions

* Serve as the customer’s point of contact, working closely with the customer to gain insights into business pains and opportunities

* Regularly contact customers via phone/email with onsite visits, as needed

* Ensure stores have the proper collateral to maximize their Surya sales

* Develop new business through referrals, networking, and cold calling

* Maintain customer and sales activity data in

* Attend trade shows to connect with new and existing customers and prospects

* Resolve customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate


* Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience or 4 years inside sales and/or account management experience

* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills

* Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills

* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

* Resilience and an ability to overcome objections

* Passionate about home décor brands

* Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with a plus

* Must be able to attend/work at designated key industry trade shows

* Ability and willingness to travel, as needed

* Ability to commute daily to our new corporate office in Cartersville, GA. We offer a van pool with stops in Atlanta and Buckhead!
